Dave and his team are great and they did very professional work! Work performed on my 2003 Porsche 911 Carrera 4 Cabrio included installing new sport cat system with X-pipe, rotors and pads all the way around, sport air intake, oil change, and trans fluid flush. They also did a 35 point inspection at no charge. All work performed superbly! Highly recommend. Thanks team!

AWESOME! That capsulizes my experience with Nine-Eleven Automotive. Randy and Dave did an excellent job in diagnosing and repairing my classic 1984 MB 280SL (sole owner). Over the years the car has been to many different mechanics and I have never experienced the degree of service and professionalism that Randy and Dave provided. They truly love classic cars and it shows. The diagnostics were all encompassing and the repairs were immediately evident when I drove the car. Topping off the experience was that the repairs were reasonably priced....what a treat to find a professional group that loves and repairs "old cars". My "ole red" has found its forever automotive home.

My 1982 Porsche 911 has an extended family with Ed, Randall, and Dave. To say they take better care of my little baby than I do would be an understatement, since I have no idea how to do what these guys do. I travel half way across the city to get them my car when it needs service, but I wouldn’t take it anywhere else. At 42 years old and still running great, I don’t have a lot of options since even the Porsche dealership won’t touch this car. But there’s nothing I wouldn’t trust having them do. Ed pulled the motor to complete major service on the car a few years ago and invited me to come by the shop to inspect a few things before he put it back. When I saw the motor sitting on a cart with 1,000 little parts and screws scattered around the engine, I figured if they could actually put the whole thing back together without parts left over, I’d found my shop! I don’t know if there were parts left over or not, but it’s run beautifully ever since. And I’ve never been concerned about getting asked to pay for unnecessary repairs. When I complained about a faint little noise coming from the odometer, Ed suggested the best way to fix that problem would be to turn the radio up a little louder. Not that he wouldn’t’t have tried to fix it, just didn’t make much sense to have me pay for it. I agreed and now have complete confidence in him. I’m sure these guys can fix just about anything, but I love that they know when it’s best to leave well enough alone. It’s an old school shop that’s doing things right. They recently added an app that sends you a text message with link to an online estimate (with photos like the ones attached) so that you can review and approve the work to be done before they get started and then it sends a notification that the work has been completed with the final invoice. If you’re still reading, you probably already know that I highly recommend 911 Automotive.
911 services both my MINIs and I hope to have them take care of my MB Sprinter when it needs it. Their last repair on my MINI came in under their estimate. I have no problem recommending them to my most car-illiterate friends because I know they’ll treat them right. When you find an honest mechanic (even for some of the more esoteric vehicles), KEEP THEM. Btw, if you’re a gearhead like me, check out the toys in their garage. When folks repeatedly trust their prize possessions to these guys, you know they’re good.
Can’t say enough good things about this group of talented people. They brought my 1979 Mercedes 450SEL back to life. It needed a lot of work and dedication to make it roadworthy. Purrs like a kitten now! You won’t regret trusting your car to these guys.
I could not be happier with Nine-Eleven Automotive! After receiving an absurd diagnosis and quote from a local MINI dealership, I found my way to their shop. They determined I only needed to replace my turbo lines to solve the issue and at a fraction of the cost. No one enjoys spending on auto maintenance/wear-n-tear, but this team will serve you with professionalism and integrity. Since my 2017 MINI has fallen out of warranty, I've tried a few auto shops in hopes of finding a "home" for my MINI's ongoing care... Nine-Eleven Automotive checks all the boxes! I highly recommend!
I have a 1985 Porsche 911 cabriolet. Great shop! Honest, reliable, they do what they say and no surprises. A good mechanic is someone you can and should have a relationship with. Trust is paramount. The folks here are skilled and trustworthy. I recommend them without hesitation.
